Returns and withdrawal

You have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the product. If an order contains several products delivered separately, this period ends 14 days after receipt of the last product. You may also withdraw before delivery, for example for a pre-order.

Within this period, please clearly notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, by email to info@pixelton.world or by post to the address below. Where possible, include your name and order number. You may use the model form below, but this is not required.

Send the products back no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. The cost depends on the carrier, parcel and country of dispatch. Pack the pieces carefully, in the original packaging where possible, and keep your proof of postage. You may inspect the product as you would in a shop; you may only be held liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that inspection.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded. For a partial return, the original delivery costs will not be refunded. We will issue the refund no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same payment method and without refund fees. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.

Damaged, incorrect or defective products

Email info@pixelton.world with your order number and a description of the problem, including photos where possible. Your statutory rights in relation to defective products remain unaffected. Pixelton will cover necessary return costs for a justified complaint.
